USA Water Polo Membership Sign-Up
An up to date USA Water Polo Gold Membership is required to play in games and tournaments. Please make sure of the following:
1. Athlete must be registered with CDM Aquatics Federation, Club #26
2. Upload a photo of your athlete to your account for roster verification checks
3. Complete DOB Verification. This is a ONE-TIME process. Members that have completed this process will not need to do it again. To complete DOB Verification login to your athtlete's USA Water Polo account > Select Members and select your Athlete > Verification Documentation > + Add Verification Document (Top Right) > Complete the process
Upon creating an account you will receive a USA Water Polo Member Number.
